Saksham Pedal Delhi is India's Premier Cyclothon, that aims to propagate the importance of fuel conservation and efficient energy utilization, amongst the citizens of our Nation's Capital.
In an effort to instill socio-environmental consciousness, Saksham Pedal Delhi is an initiative by Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), set up in 1978 under the aegis of Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, engaged in promoting energy efficiency in various sections of the economy, in collaboration with DoIT Sports and OIL & Gas companies.
The iconic Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium will host the event, scheduled for the 7th of October 2018 and will also create a competitive platform for India's finest elite athletes. In Association with Meraki Sport & Entertainment and Times of India, Saksham Pedal Delhi will leverage sport to create mass awareness for the conservation of petroleum products.
